Pat has over 15 years of successful real estate sales experience. He spent 8 years, and continues his passion as a Real Estate Sales Instructor training and coaching 1000's of realtors on the dynamics of real estate skills, specifically in the art of sales negotiations. This combination of experience and skill provide him with the unique ability to obtain top dollar for the sale of your home or the purchase of your next home. Pat believes that negotiations don't end with price, but continues on through your home inspection, untill closing and transferring of title is complete. He applies his experience and background in media electronics, and his education and experience in computer technology, to marketing a home in order to obtain top value for its sale.
